Our Products - Corrosion Inhibitors
Environor corrosion inhibitors are designed to reduce internal pipe degradation factors. They provide complete and lasting protection for water distribution systems. Their mode of action combines metal surface passivation, dissolved ion sequestration, and controlled particle dispersion, ensuring optimal performance under varying hydraulic and chemical conditions. They enable: :
High-performance treatment
Thanks to a synergistic formulation incorporating three families of active agents (phosphate, zinc, and polyphosphates), the treatment limits the formation of deposits, stabilizes the metals present, and effectively protects pipe surfaces.
Environmental protection
The use of a corrosion inhibitor reduces potable water consumption (by optimizing rinsing and eliminating or reducing purging), while limiting the use of certain products such as chlorine and alkaline products. In some cases, there may also be a reduction in the metal content (copper, lead, etc.) of sewage sludge, facilitating its reuse in agriculture. All of these effects contribute to lowering the overall environmental footprint of municipal facilities.
A positive impact on drinking water quality
Corrosion inhibitors can help reduce chlorination by-products (THMs) and metals such as iron (Fe), copper (Cu), and lead (Pb) by stabilizing and passivating surfaces, thereby improving the compliance and safety of the water distributed.

By limiting internal corrosion and deposits, treatment extends the life of equipment and pipes, reduces maintenance requirements, and ensures greater long-term reliability of distribution networks.
Our Products - Sequestrant dispersant
Control iron and manganese
Dispersing sequestrants are an effective solution for controlling iron and manganese naturally present in certain groundwater sources. These dissolved metals, often invisible to the naked eye, can cause undesirable discoloration when they react with substances present in the water, such as chlorine, or when they oxidize on contact with oxygen.
Combined action
Thanks to its combined action, the sequestering dispersant agent acts on two levels:
- Sequestration keeps iron and manganese in dissolved form, preventing their precipitation and ensuring clear, stable water throughout the distribution network.
- Dispersion promotes morphological distortion of crystals and prevents both their enlargement (less visible) and their excessive accumulation on pipe walls.
Thus, the use of our sequestering dispersants not only ensures aesthetically perfect potable water, but also helps protect facilities and pipes from metal deposits. It is a reliable solution for maintaining water quality and clarity, while enhancing your infrastructure and distribution network.
Dispersion allows precipitated particles to be removed, limiting crystal growth and therefore the appearance of color. Sequestration ensures that iron and manganese remain in dissolved form.
